"Rewind The Film" è l'undicesimo studio album della band gallese alternative rock Manic Street Preachers. Nel maggio 2013 i Manics hanno annunciato che erano in procinto di registrare due nuovi album: ben 35 nuove canzoni. Hanno descritto il primo album (rilasciato poi nel settembre 2013) come più acustico mentre il secondo contenente molta più chitarra elettrica. Quest'ultimo si chiamerà Futurology e dovrebbe vedere la luce nel maggio 2014.

I Manics hanno rivelato che l'ultima traccia dell'album, 30-Year War, è una canzone contro Margaret Thatcher scritta molto tempo prima della morte dell'ex primo ministro inglese. Parla dell'attacco alle classi lavoratrici avvenuto nel corso degli ultimi 30 anni. La canzone 3 Ways To See Despair originariamente era stata scritta per Morrissey, ma la band, spaventata per un suo eventuale rifiuto, non gli ha mai proposto di cantarla.

L'album Rewind The Film vede inoltre la partecipazione di Richard Hawley (in Rewind The Film), di Lucy Rose (in This Sullen Welsh Heart) e di Cate Le Bon (in 4 Lonely Roads).
La versione deluxe di Rewind The Film comprende un secondo disco con le versioni demo di tutte le dodici tracce dell'album più versioni live di canzoni precedenti.
