"Radiohead: The Best Of" è un album antologico della band alternative rock inglese Radiohead.

Contiene canzoni rilasciate tra il 1992 ed il 2003, mentre i Radiohead erano sotto contratto con la EMI.

I Radiohead hanno dichiarato che non avevano alcuna intenzione di rilasciare un "greatest hits", infatti quest'ultimo è stato preparato quando hanno deciso di non rinnovare il contratto con la EMI. 

L'album è stato pubblicato in due formati: una limited edition con 2 CD e 29 canzoni ed una standard edition con un solo CD e 16 canzoni. Nello stesso giorno è stato pubblicato anche il DVD con l'intera raccolta dei videoclip della band dal 1993 al 2003.
La copertina, con due uomini stilizzati che si stringono la mano, ricorda quella di Wish You Were Here dei Pink Floyd.
