Contiene 22 tracce: 21 vecchi successi tra cui una nuova versione di Ordinary World cantata insieme alla cantante country Miranda Lambert ed un brano inedito Back In The USA.
Il titolo della raccolta è preso da una battuta con la quale Stephen Colbert il 22 marzo 2017 accoglie i Green Day durante la trasmissione The Late Show. In realtà la battuta è ripresa da una frase di Tré Cool registrata nel backstage del concerto riportato nel DVD Bullet In A Bible il quale, mentre le nuvole di pioggia si stavano diradando, esclama "Dio vuole guardare la sua band preferita".
