L'album è stato registrato al Foxy Studios tra gennaio e marzo 2016 con il nuovo produttore John Feldmann.

Il nome dell'album deriva dal paese d'origine del trio componente la band (Mark Hoppus, Travis Barker, Matt Skiba).

La copertina è stata illustrata dallo street artist D*Face.
